SEEDLatam is recognised in the crypto ecosystem for promoting knowledge and critical thinking about the crypto ecosystem, as well as for supporting and accompanying communities and leaders in Latin America. They are also the creators of Sovereign Finance AVC.
The team that makes up SEEDLatam, a member of the AVC, is broad and culturally diverse. With the growth and complexity of the MakerDAO ecosystem, achieving consensus on proposals, scope changes, methodologies, tasks and points of view has become a great challenge, thus achieving a difference in approaches. In this context, some of the human members of the SEEDLatam member team chose to form 0xRoot.
We want to clarify that 0xRoot does not represent a division of SEEDLatam as an organisation. We are a division of the SEEDLatam team operating as a member within SOFI AVC, this is possible due to the nature of the SEEDLatam organisation. Although we are aligned with the core values of the AVC, we have a distinct structure and approach, which consolidates us as an independent member within SOFI AVC.
0xRoot has its main focus on the MakerDAO field, and although we share the mission and vision of the SEEDLatam organisation, we offer our own interpretation of the Endgame, thus bringing a different interpretation and perspective to the 5 scopes.
Finally, 0xRoot was born out of deep internal discussions within the SEEDLatam member, which led to the creation of a new member. We are confident that this is the best way to continue contributing to the MakerDAO ecosystem, while maintaining the mission and vision of Sovereign Finance AVC.
